When we came to Darlene with our oak kitchen cabinets, we knew that we wanted to change the stain from the outdated, washed pinkish stain, but weren’t sure what would be the best way to update our kitchen.  Could the kitchen cabinets be refinished or did they need to be replaced? Darlene took one of our cabinet doors, stripped it down and gave us her opinion that they could be refinished. Darlene, meticulous with detail, assured us that “if I’m happy with the results, you will be” and she was right. We were absolutely thrilled with the results.  The mahogany-cherry stain that she used gave our kitchen an instant face-lift! It transformed the kitchen into one that has a rich, appealing appearance and a warm feeling. The compliments that we’ve received from family and friends have been endless.  We were so pleased with our new cabinets that we asked Darlene to re-finish our oak kitchen table as well.  Once again, the results were flawless and worth every penny!  With the next piece of furniture that we’d like to salvage, Darlene will be our first choice.
