Great New Look for Our 1/2 & 1/2 Dresser

A long time ago we created the 1/2 and 1/2 dresser.  It was a great tool to show people the value of 2nd hand furniture.  It is a maple dresser made in the 1950’s, the finish was gone and I have seen lots of these dressers over the years.  The thing is, this dresser is simple, has large drawers and it is made of maple.  It will last for the next 200 years.   This wood was from older forest….tighter grain.

We used this dresser at “The Cottage Life Show” in Mississauga as well as we took it to the Cobourg Waterfront Festival.

In 2010, we decided to give it another look.  We changed it to a dark expresso brown and modernized it once again.
