Furniture Parts Fabrication

Gentle Hands Restoration does furniture part fabrication for the Durham Region which includes Newcastle, Bowmanville, Courtice, Oshawa, Whitby, Brooklin, Ajax, Pickering, Uxbridge and Port Perry.  We also do furniture part fabrication for Port Hope, Cobourg, Lindsay, Scarborough and surrounding areas.

Over the years we have fabricated; bed rails, dresser legs, backsplashes, chair spindles, chair stretchers, drawer runners,  drawer bottoms,  shelves for old cabinets and even a  new tops for severely damaged furniture.

Sometimes there are projects that we can't fabricate and they should be taken to a cabinet maker

We do not have a lathe so any turned chair parts etc. are done by Donald Robins. Donald does excellant work and he also does any wood carving that I need to get done.  He is a "godsend".  His email address is drobins@sympatico.ca
